    I said "would." That is under a specific set of cir stances pertaining to his statement of responsibility. That does not mean that is how I do things now. I have had insurance for several years now, but paid full out of pocket when I didn't. I can show proof that's how I operate when I don't have insurance, and nobody is going to force me to buy a product I don't want.
