I'm OK with Mike Brown, as long as an offensive specialist is brought in

Brown is an excellent defensive coach and a good motivator. He was able to get his Cleveland teams to play extremely hard every night, which is something that this Laker team rarely does.

Obviously, he's not as gifted on the offensive side of things. I'm really hoping that at least one of the assistants has a clue though and will more or less handle things on this end of the floor.

All in all, I wasn't expecting Brown but I think we're all going to be pleasantly surprised here.

Agree. we need a TomT type offensive guru ...meaning we need a offensive assistant who can run our offense the way TT ran Doc's defense ...
