Spo should start the game with LeBron on Rose and keep that matchup until Miami is up 20. LeBron is the best man-on-man defender in the game and Rose can't do a thing against him.

Well, the Heat failed to closeout the Sixers in 4 on the road when LeBron went for the homerun and bricked it, hopefully there's a repeat of the same and this one goes the distance......1 time.
Rose hasn't just been "missing some shots" with LeBron on him. He's getting suffocated. He isn't even close.
It isn't a dig at Rose. LeBron is just amazing defensively when he feels like it. I've seen him cover everyone from Steve Nash to Chris Bosh and do it effectively. His versatility on the defensive end is remarkable.

Expecting James to ''shut down'' Rose is a blatant slap in the face. James is indeed very effective but I've never seen James shut anyone down on defense like Bowen, Pippen, Artest or even Battier. James is in the class of Shawn Marion on defense

If he got doubled he would have split it and passed. They probably should have had a shooter on Rose's side not slightly to his left with Wade on him. Wade was sagging on the shooter. Rose prefers to go left and that was straight into a defender
