Roddy is so gonna be a starter and play 30min when healthy...
I had been a huge Caron fan before, so I was really happy for the Mavs to get him. I thought his struggles last year were mostly due to the fact that he was unhappy and unmotivated in D.C
Now that I've watched him quite a bit, I can say that while he is not being used at his best, the poor form is still mostly because of him. There is too much standing around when he gets the ball, and that should have been addressed by the coaching staff during the summer, the problem was apparent last year as well.
However, athletically he is nowhere what he used to be. He barely attacks the basket anymore, because he simply can't get enough of a lift to finish well. He has missed a lot of bunnies with the Mavs.
And his midrange jumper, which he improved so much with the Wizards is also suffering, because I think he can't get enough of a lift, and he has a weird motion in his jumper. His shots tend to be pretty flat, i.e he needs a pretty good lift to be good at those. (by the way, this is also another reason why Dirk will age really well, not only can he shoot, his mechanics are so that he can shoot without even jumping over a piece of paper). But his knees are pretty ed, he has to get them drained quite often, and that's a bad sign.
The Mavs desperately need Roddy, to at least have someone penetrate and have defenses collapse on him.
Roddy is so gonna be a starter and play 30min when healthy...
Dirk should also get MVP consideration he was almost half the offense tonight. Mavs ned to pick their record up though ...
I'm afraid this injury could be serious enough that Roddy will have to wait until next season to see his potential.
Good luck its a bone and not some torn ACL stuff.
I think if the bone is healed he gonna be fine. He isnt 7-6 Yao...
True but gaining back all his explosiveness and confidence is going to take a lot of time. He already was lacking in confidence based on what I saw in the Summer League and the end of the season. Not a good sign. It is fun watching him play but asking for immediate impact after a bone injury is too much imo.
In SL he had to play and lead a bunch of scrubs. Thats difference than getting the ball delivered in his sweet spots by Kidd or worst case throw it to Dirk for an isoplay...
sans the $500.
tee, hee.
God, I wish you weren't dirt poor and a cuckold who has to spend all of his money on private investigators to "nip getting cuckolded in the butt" so you could have accepted my bet.
I just got out of college not too long ago and I had plenty of money because I worked to put myself through school.
Also midgetNow that is original AND funny.
You are a bandwagoner, so you don't actually pay to support your team. All you do is bash them on here, quit on them then try to overcompensate with your "fandom" when they start winning.
I had (books, tuition, gas, food, rent, insurance, phone, car....) bills as well when I was in college and because I wasn't a lazy bum who was not desirable in the real world to a company, I had money.
Do you think you are the only person in school with those bills? Coming up with excuses on why you are a broke bandwagon ass punk who can't back up his Mav trash talking doesn't change the fact that you are bandwagon ass punk who can't back up his Mav trash talking.
"I gotz da billz to pay. Doze bookz for Algebra I even though I'm an adult in college really cost me a lotz. At least I'm not short
"
Also, congrats on actually going to school, real talk. I know it's not easy for those who don't go straight into and most middle aged 20-somethings wouldn't have the courage to go back to school if they didn't get in straight after high school.
5 years. Should have buried that secret along with your fandom and the fact your girls all cuck you tbh.
Also, I said "real talk" when I gave you congrats. You should get work though, you know it is possible to take gender studies AND have a job so you aren't a broke ass. College should be fun and having no money makes that hard.
You said you couldn't dunk anymore because you are out of shapeYou are only 22 though
?
Also, if you had to work, why don't you have money?
It is very unusual to graduate in an extra year these days, although maybe not in your circle.
I played college sports, worked and went to school full time so I don't like your excuses tbh. You should be better than that.
So nice you had to post it twice
Now you have money, but not for me.![]()
I cannot believe I just got trolled so easily.
This doesn't change the fact that:
You guys are lame.
