Well, he better keep it on, because Marion having another 20/8 game is dubious at best...
Guess you haven't watched the last game and the OKC series:
    GM 3 OKC 18pts
    GM 5 OKC 26pts 8RBs
    GM 1 HEAT 16pts 10RBs

Shows how much you know... or seen

The Heat is all that matters now... He's a 12.5 ppg guy... the law of averages say he's going to come back down to earth sooner than later... That said, Dirk can play much better.

22 shots to score 24 points? That's borderline Kobesque, tbh.

Not to mention most everybody looks good being guarded by Bosh...

Wade's many missed FT attempts is hurting his ass about right now, as is that missed tech by James. Miami, even the refs couldn't save you tonight. They gave Wade that obvious basket interference call on the putback dunk, gave the Heat the benefit when Dirk was fouled while shooting and made the Mavs take it out of bounds, and that foul call on TC on James when TC went straight up. It was obvious after a while, but it didn't affect the outcome.

True, but he is averaging 17.4 right now when it matters in the last 5 games with only a weak game 4: 7 points hurting the average. So for now I'll take that avg

    17 < 20... see what I mean?

Not to mention that he matched Lebronze today, who also put up 20 and has been averaging 26 all playoff long... Basically, Based Marion matching James production should be a rarity. I think we can agree on that.

Compared to James, I totally agreed, but 17.4>12.5 guy you said and I'll take that!

If the Mavs lose the series, no one will care about tonight's game. If they win, tonight's game will be the Ed Sabol moment.

I said scoring 20 was a fluke... That's about right... no doubt you'll take anything he gives you... especially since Pedja went on vacation after the 1st round...

Dumb interviewing Dirk thought the Mavs were in the finals in 2008.

She just finished a guy off in the men's room. She has no idea who Dirk is, and tells her man she saw Jim Carrey at the game.

The mavs really need a low post presence from Chandler and/or 3pt shooting from Marion. These two things would give Dirk a ton more room to operate and make plays.

All their offense is generated from P&R at the top of the key which doesn't produce good reliable shots, it basically forces Dirk to be the mavs best playmaker and shotmaker which he can't do both (but to his credit he's doing pretty damn good so far these playoffs).
