Don't agree that the billboard should be taken down, tbh. If the fool wants to part ways with his money, he should be allowed to do so.
What ElNono said. As classless and y as it is to take that debate into such a public setting, it should be part of protected speech.
Especially since as far as I can tell, the billboard contains neither the girl's name or likeness, so it even protects her privacy while complaining about abortion (picture shows it to be a pro-life billboard).

Nothing wrong with making a political statement about a cause you believe in. That's clearly a first amendment violation to have that billboard pulled down.
Of course, the first amendment means in this country when you can be locked up for making porn or posting videos of corrupt police.

That's actually a valid point, but there are ways of telling. Still, I am a firm believer the father should have a say also, outside of unusual cir stances. Us men are required by law to pay child support, even if we didn't want a child. We should have the right to claim the child when we in fact want the child.

I think I'll have to disagree with you on that Jack. Most christian churches teach that babies go to heaven because they are innocent and haven't reached the age of accountability.

It is kind of a fine line. While to the general public, it reveals nothing about who she is, it does make a claim about her to people who know them. It is ironic, however, that by bringing forth the suit and the publicity with it, she has revealed to everyone her name.
