Bonner may have some value to the right team. Afterall, for most of the season he was the top 3 point shooter in the league.
I'm gonna guess that coaches and GM's are able to view playoff games where Boner gets nearly the same minutes as during the season while producing far, far less. If the dude was making much less or in the final year of his contract, he might be tradeable.

Neal and TP don't have that much value, TP cause of his contract and Neal cause he is a 1 dimensional player like jet
WTF? Parker's contract is EXTREMELY friendly for a 3 time AS. and an all NBA player and Finals MVP. I think he's making about $13M/yr.

Parkers contract is realy team friendly that is one of the main reason I don't think we trade him. But Parker is not a player that you build a team around so while I don't see him being trade for the next season I do see him being traded the year after.

Our needs going into next year are starting SF, backup PF, and PG. I don't think we are going to do much until the new NBA contract is figured out and we know how much the cap is going to be.

One postion we are stacked at right now is SG with Anderson, Neal, Hill, and Manu. I would not mind trading one of the above players for maybe Nikola Vucivic Pf/C 7'0 and then trading Blair to move acquire Darrous Morris 6'5 pg........I could also live with Tristand Homas PF 6'9 or Jimmy Butler 6'8 SF...............

It's interesting to me how Spurs fans think other teams are oblivious to RJ's play and how his contract is much greater than his value.

Any of you thinking that RJ can be traded - think about this...

Let's say you owned a 2008 Honda Accord. Good, attractive but not really fast or really luxurious. Dependable and you like it. You owe about $15k on it. Would you trade that for a 2001 Corvette w/ a bad engine, no AC, one of the windows doesn't roll down and you would owe $25k on it? And, no matter how much more $ you throw at it, it will never be the Corvette it once was?
    Lol....terrible analogy.

making 13 million a year is hardly friendly for a borderline top 10 PG which is what he is.

what part of "borderline" do you not understand?

    Right now:
    Paul
    Williams
    Rose
    Westbrook
    Nash
    Rondo

are all better than him then there are about 6-7 games near the same level of Parker you can argue one way or another for.

That's a dumb analogy. If you want to use it, then you'd have to also take into account that each party has multiple cars, each with their own benefitis to that particular owner. And that maybe one owner might be able to fix the trade car so that it better compliments his other cars.
    Really stupid.
Name 1 team - ONE - that would trade their starting SF for Richard Jefferson.

He used to be good - now he's average. I'd love to see a better analogy...

6 or 7 names that are better than him doesn't mean borederline to me. He is top 10.

Let's be real for a minute...

Tony Parker is definitely one of the better PGs in the NBA. He's not over the hill, he's not overpaid. He's good - not the best - but certainly an asset to whatever team he plays for. He's tradeable if needed. If not, he'll continue to contribute and contend for being the leader scorer on the Spurs. He will most certainly have the most assists.

Debate his value if you want but I can think of about 10 teams that would love to have him as their starting PG and can afford his contract. About half don't have assets that the Spurs would likely be interested in - the other half, I'd be surprised if they wanted to part ways w/ whatever assets the Spurs would ask for.
