Don't hate him. He actually thought he could start for the Heat. But when that didn't happen, he obviously was disappointed in his choice. Nonetheless, he was here for many years. He should have some fun as well similar to Stackhouse.
Dampier is the Marian Hossa of the NBA, except with 1% of the talent. Hossa was with the Pens and lost to the Wings in 2008. Then in 2009, lost to the Pens as a member of the Wings. That's even worse than Dampier.
But then Hossa won the Cup with the Hawks the very next season. So now Dampier just has to jump ship and go to the Bulls.
