LOL...I think, in many cases, rationality is in the eye of the beholder. I think it's much easier to prove that one is thinking irrationally (ie. everytime I wash my car, it rains, therefore, washing my car = causing rain) than acting irrationally. We'll all got our weird hopes and dreams and wants and needs, and they're bound up somewhere in weird unexplainable connections in our head. But that opens up a whole new set of philosophical worms.

Basically, the way we "fix" the innercity is by making impoverished areas (which of course are filled with blacks and latinos, and cute white bopper pussy) appear as a worthy investment to big business. The same way we name Stadiums after large corporations, we need to do that with housing projects. We need to INCorporate the lazy and uneducated minorities, get them feeding into the system instead of hiding the wealth they make of off drugs and pros ution.
Once contributing, we can begin upward mobility projects for those families that want to set themselves apart and strive for a better tomorrow. Other than that, the only solution for Big Minority Shortfalls is Big Government Handouts.
Most blacks under the age of 45 could care less about Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson now.

In my view, it all starts with family values. Children growing up with parents who blame others for their cir stance, instead of setting an example of rising above, in any positive way possible...
It's the initiative to better one self that many impoverished communities lack. Without instilling that in children in their formative years, how does one expect to fix it later?

In fact, I have been clear to qualify that I don't know you well enough to make such personal judgments about you based on our limited interaction here. I am entirely open to the possibility that you are merely a victim of your own inability to communicate your point of view clearly.
If I point out that the things you have said are bigoted or bat stupid, however, I'm not working based on assumption. I don't assume that the words that come out of your fingers seldom make sense grammatically and are even less likely to make sense logically, I know that as fact based on my own observation.

If you don't like my response, don't think it's fair, or think I'm missing the point, use better words.
