SA is the only undefeated team in the WNBA....they are playing very well so far this season, and not one game has been televised.
How do they expect the city to really get behind them if they won't televise them and build the fan interest.

Just click on the game and you will see a choice of Box score or Live Access. You have to have an account but that is painless and immediate setup.

Yeah, every year I say I'm going to try and be more enthusiastic about our other team but it's true that it doesn't make things easy when the games aren't often televised ON REAL TV. The Express-News also needs to step up and do more stories on the team and do more pre-game. There's been no excuse with no Spurs championship news to compete with. It's also tough when the games are so concentrated purely on families, and my lord do they do everything possible to de-lesbian the atmosphere. I don't care about lesbians--butch up the whole team if it'll make 'em better. But I am glad they got rid of the Aussie coach. I'm not a big fan of Hughes but he seems to be getting better--maybe his time filling in doing color on the Spurs games came in handy.

not a big fan of Hughes? he is a great coach...he has had us in the playoffs the last several years, even a trip to the Finals, though we got swept by those beasts from Detroit.
I met Hughes at Buffalo Wild a few years back...he is a very nice, down to Earth guy. He has passion for the job and basketball. I am not a fan of his doing color during games, as he can be boring...but as a coach, he is perfect for our team.
Yep, the Express News, local TV, and local radio (outside of Chris and Jason) all need to step up their coverage of the Stars. Not only do we have one of the hottest players ever in Becky Hammon, but we also have two local gals in Sophia Young (Baylor) and Danielle Adams (A&M)....oh and both have college championship rings to boot.
They need more jerseys for kids (infant - teen), especially at places like Academy. I wanted to get my niece a Becky Jersey when she was a toddler, but it didn't exist. Seriously, dont they understand that you get em when they are young and hook em for life....that is how I became a fan of all my teams....I got hooked as a child and my loyalties have forever remained.

Hope they don't pull a Spurs. Great regular season then get ousted in the first round.
