    Kori and LJ adopting 3 kids and thus replacing a huge strike against each of them with a loving family and a great start in life instead is pretty extraordinary. I think it goes pretty far above and beyond what society would expect of someone, and hence the line you quoted.

I sincerely wish that he fights through his illness and recovers fully well and gets back to writing for us as he has done in the past. And I am sure, he will.
