    ing Spurs FO.

Parker (although a at times) is not the problem.

Get some ing players with SIZE and who have NUTS to help our 35 year old franchise future HOFer out.

Geez, is it THAT hard to understand why we've sucked the past three seasons?

Get someone who can ing eat up space down low, alter shots, and grab a damn board.

Can't get rid of either unless you trade TP. You might convince a team to take Bonner but good luck with RJ.

He's an albatross at this point.

Whats more frustrating is when R.J sucked the last 2 games against the Grizzlies, Pop sat him and sat him for good.

But when Bonner gets raped and abused down low, Pop keeps him in.

Bonner is more of the culprit of the Spurs' demise more so than R.J. It's been that way the past 3 years. Bonner has been the Spurs' 2nd big man next to Tim (minutes-wise), which has lead to a 1-3 series record in the playoffs the past 3 seasons.

I'd like R.J to be gone, but Bonner is the bigger culprit to me that has to go for the team's sake. Why? Because our coach will always believe in Matty no matter how bad he gets abused on the defensive end because he simply spreads the damn floor.

Bonner is not the culprit, Pop is (when it comes to the ginger). We all know Bonner's limitations (even he does), so why does he get the minutes he does? Matt Bonner is who we thought he was--a streaky-shooting, poor defensive role player--nothing has changed--that's who he's always been.

A lot more is expected of RJ, that's why he's the culprit. He's a starter, makes more $$, but has woefully underperformed (especially in the playoffs). He's mentally weak, a defender, and an unreliable shooter.

That's the difference. We expected Matty to suck, but RJ's expectations were much higher when SA picked him up a couple years ago.

Unfortunately Isaiah Thomas is no longer a GM, so the possibility of any team taking these two in a trade is slim and none. And as separate trades, Bonner would be a possibility but RJ is going to be here until the wheels come off because his decline has become apparent to every GM in the league.

The other consideration about trades although not often discussed, is that sometimes GMs will not make a trade just to keep their rivals in hot water with a player that isn't performing and has a high salary. Who wants to take JR Smith off of George Karl's hands?

Apparantly not to the op. OP must have a cool magic wand that can fix all of the Spur's roster issues.

You suck at thread making. Parker is our only real tradeable asset. He is in his prime, on a very good contract with a team option on the last year. If RJ or Bonner are going to be traded they will have to be packaged with TP because you guy need to realize NO ONE ING WANTS RICHARD GOT JEFFERSON. So saying "oh trade Bonner and RJ already" doesn't mean jack when no GM in the NBA wants his ty contract.

And really it's Pop's refusal to make smart rotations that is the problem. Like someone said, RJ s up and gets benched. Bonner s up and gets more minutes and Blair gets benched. It was the same ing with Finley. I think Pop is losing it, he really must have some weird favoritism bull going on.

Japan might want to trade for Bonner. Their scientists have discovered a way to process Bonner while adding add soy protein to make an edible meat subs ute.

I think bonner is much worse for this team than rj. played good most of the season, and was regularly hitting clutch shots in the fourth. Not sure why he dissapeared at the end. Pop has no problem benching him if he sucks. On the other hand, bonner despite sucking will still get his 20 minutes a game.
