I'm not the most skilled basketball player--I use my athleticism to get by in all sports. I haven't played a damn game since 2009. I'm also a lot heavier now..around 195 in a 5'10-6ft body. I've been able to grab the rim since I was in 6th grade, but never could dunk. I've probably gained 20lbs since my last basketball game, but I'd still outwork my opponent. Hustle, grab boards, contest shots, run until I pass out, jump passing lanes, distribute the rock and get put backs is where I'd be most effective if I were to play today. Like I said earlier, when I'm in rhythm--I don't ing miss, but that could take some time and I ing hate losing and refuse to sacrifice a win for my own personal achievements on the court, so I rather just be a defense/hustle guy first.
