Diaz has stated before that he wants to fight people with gameplans because he can't just keep taking/eating shots to the head for MMA pay. Obviously, GSP isn't going to knock him out - so GSP's best bet is to get him to the ground. But what then? Diaz's closed guard won't exactly make advancing position on him a cakewalk.
I'm sorry Db, but this fight will either be a snoozer or Diaz getting the knockout. I"m not worried about submissions from either guy, and I think GSP is OVERALL much stronger and quicker than Diaz - but he won't be finished by GSP.
All I care about is Condit vs Diaz at some point.
If GSP can beat the out of Penn, Serra, Fitch on the ground than Diaz is gonna get the same treatment.. His TDD sucks.. I think it's a good fight because of Diaz's striking and fighting spirit but on the ground GSP is gonna own him.. GSP had fear of Shields JJ, that won't happen in this fight.. He'll GNP Diaz and bust him up..
