Hideous. This one hispanic gentleman near where I live has lips like that and I assume they are natural. I feel bad for the guy he's like a freak show. I know cosmetic surgery for guys is considered like a pussy move but if I was him I wouldn't give a , I would definitely get them cut off/trimmed.

I have a whole team of created BB players in NBA LIve 2010. Names like Viagras Erectus and Jungle . They are all 7'5 (even the PG) and have some ed up features, but they can ball like nobody's business.
