Erika's dive or fake injury cost Brazil as it gave Team USA extra minutes. I've never seen that before where someone jumps out of the stretcher and full sprints it to the bench and back in the game. I'm sure Paul Pierce will try that next season.

Got to admit though, my baby Alex Morgan didn't play well today. It was another not so great performance.
EDIT: and on a side not, that crying faker Marta is on the same club team as Alex. For shame, for shame.
She really lost the crowd today, they were booing her like crazy!!
Even the Italian Men's Squad thought Brazil was tactless and shameful today.
What a great game. Had this been the men's squad, the media would be splooging themselves and debating its place in US Sports History. The women deserve the same credit.

It should have been clear it was not her day and her confidence was down.
I knew she was going to miss.
Why is that? She looked to be the best out there today.
That pic makes her look bad, but in reality the keeper had no chance on Abby's header.
She was pretty damn dirty today too. Just little here and there but at one point she went as far as horsecollaring a US player. Ref was obviously intimidated and refused to give her a 2nd yellow.
She had a chance if she doesn't go for the service but really that service was so so so so perfect.
tbh, any man would look the best out there... not sure why he would be the exception...
Marta is a queen and cry baby flopping all over the place when the US was shutting her down. A don't -give-a- too when she played well even after the crowd turned on her.
As for women refs, I've noticed that they tend to let the game flow a lot more. I've seen fouls that are automatic yellows in the men's game get ignored. Carly Lloyd really should've been given a second yellow and sent off for a deliberate hand ball. Women dive less and get up fairly quickly but it could also be incompetence.
