good riddance. the clown deserved death for shooting at the cops like a moron. however judging by the way many of the hood rats were acting in this video, the cops should have just nicely asked this innocent and wonderful contributor to society to please stop shooting at them.
San Francisco -- San Francisco police officers shot and killed a man after a gunbattle and foot chase in the Bayview district late Saturday afternoon.
At 4:44 p.m., two uniformed officers were patrolling Third Street between Oakdale and Palou avenues as part of a recent violence-reduction effort in the area. They encountered the man as they were conducting a fare inspection on a Muni light-rail platform, police Sgt. Michael Andraychak said Saturday.
As the officers tried to detain the man, he took off running and drew a gun, police said. The two officers chased him on foot for about 1 1/2 blocks down Third Street, police said. When the suspect shot at the officers, they returned fire, fatally wounding him, Andraychak said. The man was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 7:01 p.m.
Police did not know how many shots were exchanged and would not say whether the suspect's gun had been retrieved, as the incident is still under investigation. Officers declined to release the suspect's name, saying only that he is believed to be between 19 and 21 years old.
Neither officer was injured.
Investigators were at the shooting scene into the evening, trying to piece together what happened. Some angry people at the site of the shooting complained that the officers had overreacted in the incident.
In accordance with the department's policy, the incident is being investigated by homicide investigators, the department's officer-involved shooting team, the district attorney's office and the Office of Citizen Complaints.

At the 15 second mark in the second video you can see one of the hoodrats pick up the gun that the criminal used and took it to try and make the police look guilty of shooting an unarmed man.
"The gun, which was not found immediately after the 5 p.m. shooting in the city's Bayview District, was believed to have been taken from the ground as officers tended to the suspect, said police Sgt. Michael Andraychak.
Investigators were able to find the gun after a member of the public provided video taken after the shooting, said Andraychak.
"I do not know the source, but it does appear to have been taken in the moments after the incident," said Andraychak."

Kenneth Harding, the 19-year-old killed by San Francisco police in a shootout Saturday, was a convicted pimp accused of having a 13-year-old girl perform oral sex on him and later demanding the teen make him “ho’ money” in Seattle, court do ents show.
Harding, a Seattle resident, was fatally shot by two cops in the Bayview district after he fired at them, according to San Francisco police. Harding had been detained for evading a Muni fare about 4:45 p.m. on the Muni platform near Third Street and Oakdale Avenue.
The suspect tried to make a run for it, and opened fire “indiscriminately” in the crowded Mendell Plaza, firing off multiple shots as the cops chased him, police said.
Harding was also the “person of interest” in a fatal quadruple shooting last week in South Seattle that killed 19-year-old Tanaya Gilbert, along with her unborn child.
He had only been released from a year prison stay in April after a conviction for first-degree promoting pros ution, San Francisco police said. His rap sheet also includes a robbery conviction.

Considering all of their reactions I wanted to laugh at those vids, but seeing someone actually dying was just ed up. I know he was killed in self defense but still..it was very strange seeing someone die

If you had to guess you'd think he shot at the officers because he knew he had killed that pregnant woman, so he didn't have much to loose.
I'd be worried about chain of custody on that firearm, except that he's dead so there won't be a defense attorney to raise that issue.
He's a convict, a pimp, exploited an underage girl, shot at the cops and also endangered the lives of innocent bystanders by firing indiscriminately and people cry foul?
FYI, when police fire their guns, they are subtly told to empty a full magazine so 5 bullets on that perp is not overkill.
And, if he lived, he will get a kidney, liver or blood transfusion and a more deserving person would've lost an opportunity to put those organs in good use.
I'll reserve my pity and humanity for a person who knows how to interact with the society properly.
