The interesting part to me is the context (Gordon apparently telling Bruce Wayne that Batman has to come back). I would really look forward to the moment Gordon finds out he's Bruce Wayne, based on the events that have happened earlier in the Nolan movies.
Also, unless it was dubbed for the commercial, Wayne is whispering somewhat but doesn't seem to be using his 'Batman' voice. I hope they show the revelation to Gordon instead of implying it happened sometime in the past.
I haven't read the comics either, but I did read a synopsis where Bane was some sort of self-educated genius who invented the device that makes him stronger. The stuff I read made it seem like he was a twisted, stronger, smarter Bruce Wayne (what Wayne might have become in different cir stances).

I meant regarding having Catwoman in the movie
Remember in Batman Begins, when Batman first "meets" Gordon, he didnt have his full costume yet, as he was wearing a ski mask (and he didnt have his batman voice)
If you look at the hospital scene, Wayne seems to be wearing the same mask
Plus, there were set pictures of someone jumping out the hospital window weraing a suit and a ski mask

Have they confirmed that they will actually have Catwoman in the movie, or just the character Selina Kyle, prior to becoming Catwoman (similar to how Harvey Dent was himself for the majority of TDK, only being Two-Face for a small portion towards the end of the movie)? I'm not some knowledgable Batman fan, but that could be a possiblity.

There was a speculation about that, but a few weeks ago, the costume designer said that the Catwoman costume will be functional (since she is a burglar)
So yeah, you will see Catwoman in the movie

When Lucious Fox is showing Bruce Wayne his new batman suit, he tells Bruce that it will hold up against cats as well.
