the 07' mavs were pretty scary tbh i still cant believe that core never won a le

i think it would've been a toss up between them and the spurs especially since they had already beaten SA the previous yr, spurs mightve had a slight edge because the mavs were so mentally weak but i still wouldnt have been surprised if they knocked us out that yr

hey guy, your opinion on anything doesn't count since you were so terribly wrong about the Mavs this year.

Your takes aren't meant to be taken serious, since you were so dead wrong about your "Dirk can't lead a team to a le" comments you've been making for years,.

the mavs are so mentally weak they told you to get lost on your own home court in game 7.

tbh if any team was mentally weak of the 2 it was San Antonio for writing thank you letters to Warrior players after the series.

pure speculation, well never know for sure but the mavs did look unbeatable to anyone outside of SA

nope, the mavs won, they were the better team period.

I'm not saying the Mavs couldn't have won though. But the Spurs were the better team, which I think got lost because the Mavs finished 9 games better.

The Spurs were statistically better than the Mavs last season, too. Significantly better point differential, better expected record by 3 games, better offensively and almost as good defensively. Of course, it doesn't mean a thing, given how both fared in the playoffs. But I think there's this perception that the Mavs were significantly better.

'07, the Spurs were better. Unfortunately, the best team doesn't always win, as Mavs fans know as well as anyone. In the "the best team always wins in a 7 game series" line, the always should be changed to usually.

I was right; Nowitzki can't lead a team to a le. He even admitted himself that Chandler was the leader of that team. Even had I been wrong, you don't lose all credibility for being wrong once, particularly when it's for something thought by many, including fans of the team/player in question.

The vast majority of you Mavs fans are phonies. Many of you didn't believe yourselves and now, after the fact, you're pretending you never lost faith. Enough with the false bravado. The score is still 4-1.

If it's worth anything, during both years when LA and Dallas pulled the rug under San Antonio, both of them got face ed in the finals.

Oh and LA also got face ed after pulling one from San Antonio in 2008. Not actually once, but twice. lol

I'm pretty sure Manu was right up in his grill. Fisher wasn't open, Manu was on his back and he just chucked up a desperation rainbow that happened to go in. 2004 will always sting but I'm not convinced the Spurs get by the 2004 Pistons who were slightly better than in 2005 because they had Okur and Mike James who were playing terrific ball for them.

Previous MVP Tim versus current MVP KG would've been awesome to watch though
