happens when racing. One took the curve faster than he could handle, the other too fast to react to changing conditions.

The guy who lost control I would say only has a little more blame.

All the riders were stupid. These roads aren't smooth enough to ride a bike and break a 45 degree angle (1G).

I thought the second guy that fell should have jumped his bike over the other one.
