do that times 10 for 3 hrs, 6 days a week. 3 mins jump roping, seriously? try 4 rounds @ 12 mins straight with no breaks in between, so more like 14 mins straight, plus a load of other workouts and sparring. was intense, i threw up quite a few times in the beginning when i first started and i'm sure i'd instantly throw up again if i walk into that gym today. at 100+ degrees in the gym, plus working out for 3 hrs and sparring, you're about dead come time to leave.
