Hendo has great Greco Roman which means in the clinch he is a monster.. However unlike Randy he was never great at double legging other wrestlers or stopping their double legs... o in his prime was one of the best Double leg GNP guys ever and Randy stopped him cold... o shuts Hendo down with wrestling and GNP just like Shields did.. Rashad and Jones also kick the out of Hendo

the move that won hendo the fight (and loses him the fight if he doesnt execute it) was the single leg he grabbed to get back on top(or close to it)
I didn't like the stoppage.. Hendo is a legend just like Fedor but didn't like the stoppage.. Not sayin Fedor wins but i would have liked to see it go on..

That roster they had was amazing, best cards of all time. pride was so violent, by the time all those guys folded over to the ufc they were 33+ in age for the most part and had been knocking each other out for so many years

he always had exciting fights and he always comes to fight, not execute gameplans like GSP.
In fact he is an opposite GSP and that means he is not a modern mma compe or.
This sport has evolved and Fedor styed on the same level. In 5 years or so he has not changed his game. He exposing himself to finish his opponent as fast as possible.
Some people can say that Hendo is older and his game is still top notch. Yup but hendo is evolving with the sport as many sportsmen do.
It's like in a discussion about NBA and history of players and when I say that Pet or Mikan would dominate in this NBA ppl tend not to agree with me. IMO the talent is there but the environment and possibilities are different. Thats why this NBA players are better then the Pettis and Mikans from 50s 60s.

Still exciting style of fighting but when I see he come with his punch and exposing his head I just shake my head. Against Hendo is not a good way to fight. He was always faster and had fantastic pace, that's why he killed his opponents. Now I see him not being comfortable with the cage. He didn't knew what to do when pushed against it ...

Oh yes. Weight would be a major issue for Fedor, but since when has that stopped him? I would give my left nut to see this fight.
