There was a cartoon on MTV (I think) 10+ years ago about a superhero. Can't remember his name but the bad guy was named, "Dr. Was" (I think) and he had numerous amorphous henchmen called "the Were" (I think).
Anyone remember this and know the name of the cartoon?
