When I see someone throw a punch, or even a push, in an American video, its on until someone gets stomped on.

But these Russians have either incredible restraint or some cultural difference about fighting I am not aware of.

Nope. After watching a lot of videos, usually of pussy Russian cops trying to enforce the law.

From the comments of the videos, it would seem that cops are so scared to arrest or otherwise piss off a guy who may be "connected" that they basically pussy out.
