yes the dude took $10M less than he could have received, but if you look at the details the first 3 years of his contract is going to cost the team more than the $100M contract would have. he will earn $69M in the first 3 years, then $21M in the final 2 years ... I guess the Colts are relying on years 4 and 5 of the contract to be their Super Bowl contending years.

Manning is a great QB not denying that. But hes not the same, there's no denying that either. By the way 35 is not young for an NFL QB. He's also dealing with a neck issue that may or may not delay the start to his season. Thats old and busted. Not a tinhorn fan.
You want old and busted, look at Tim Duncan. Manning had SURGERY, which requires REHAB. You're a ing idiot if you think him sitting out a week of camp is because of age. Manning has on all teams one time or another. So yes that goes without saying, that I hate the clots and mostly cause manning has ed my team up.
