With what David has done for the San Antonio economy over the years I think he should get a pass on this one. As was stated above, it appears like the grass on his property is essentially gone.

yep, name and shame, and why not? Water is becoming rapidly Blue Gold, even if it's now priced like gold, yet. A nother natural resource being depleted to exhaustion, eg, Ogalllala aquifer.

We should all care, because water is life and running out esp in the desert and semi-desert Southwest USA (San Antonio to San Diego).

SAWS is now buying up water all over central and south Texas, and litigating with LCRA, because SAWS knoed we're gonna be in deep with water.
