It wouldn't have changed my vote, but I'd at least have more respect for his intelligence (until he choose Palin, of course)
I don't recall that speech.

That was all or nothing for him. If she had come across like a semi-intelligent person it's a win most definitely.
Oh. Well considering that speech came a full three years after Obama won the election I think my original point still stands.
Silly me for thinking it was obvious the time frame I clearly implied was during the campaign.
Most people wouldn't believe it tbh.
Why do you care? I thought class rank/GPA didn't matter to you?
he went on to receive his Juris Doctor in Law.
nm.
Par for the course tbh.
I know someone who got into law school this past year. It frightened me tbh. He's the last person I'd want in control of my destiny in any regard. He's also the last person I'd expect a law school to accept. Of course they did so without interviewing him, which is another matter.......
No offense to any attornies, but I have to question the quality of some applicants.
an attorney in control with double majors in history and poli sci frighten me much less than lame duck governors with animal science or comm/journalism degrees.
I bet that Biden knows the story of Paul Revere.
Some of them are suspect when they enter. A lot drop out after their first year. A lot never practice/can't get a job (especially now). Some straighten up.
By the way, why do people think how someone did in college is indicative of how they'll perform in a job 30 years later? I thought people party in college and get their together when they graduate?
But he doesn't know that a paraplegic man can't "stand up".
This is how far America has fallen. Well educated individuals are looked upon as poorer leadership candidates than those that either are too stupid or too lackadaisical to succeed in an academic environment. Showing a propensity to learn is not as important as public image.
Just playing the odds tbh. It's definitely a multivariate issue. My likelihood estimaton is greatly influenced by the fact that I know said person quite well.
Meh, six of one, half dozen of the other.
Do the Dimm-o-craps really want to start looking at educational
accomplishments of their party. And those that speak for them.
If you do, I will be happy to give them those great spokesman of
their party and their utterances. Starting with Nancy Pelosi, Teddy,
the swimmer, Kennedy and of course the wounded Vietnam war veteran
John Kerry, now on the super committee.
Or our very own wonderful Dimm-o-crap, Lydon B. Johnson. I understand
they screwed him into the ground when he died, He was that crooked.
I know, I know, he won his seat in the Senate, alphabetical order. Cause
he was so organized.
Which law school?
That would be very helpful. Providing copies of Pelosi's, Kennedy's and Kerry's college transcripts should suffice. We eagerly await your findings.
You have to see them to find out what's in them.......remember.
Well that's Pelosi's excuse.
Kerry. Our troops murder innocent civilians just for grins. Well maybe not
but that is what I was told. And about those medals I threw over the
fence, well they weren't mine, but what the .
And Kennedy, the swimmer, He was confused.
That's all the transcripts I need. Obama, he is more than likely the
most cunning Son of Barack that I know. But he has never released
his transcripts. But you can depend on one thing. Yes we can!
Oh, about my statement, I am just following the Dimm-O-Crap model.
Have a great day.
Cooligde, Coolee.....some crap like that. He mentioned that it was the worst one in the nation. It's still accredited though?
He mentioned tiers too....like 4th tier whatever that means.
Well I'm sold. You offering to provide evidence of dimm-o-craps educational accomplishments, not doing so and then saying you were just following the dimm-o-crap model certainly has me convinced that the republicans are the better educated party. Congrats on winning the thread.
You too.Have a great day.![]()
A well educated individual can also looked upon as a poor candidate if he is in the wrong party.
It's pretty evident in this microcosm we call a forum.
lololololololololol dimm-o-craps
lolololololololololollolololol
in the presidential race, not really.
