Wash shouldnt have sat half the team on Saturday and a couple more on Sunday. Should have just tried his best to win that Saturday game and the series, and sit the majority on Sunday during the day-game instead.

Not a big fan of that decision...
F'ing dumbass decision. Especially going into the series' with Boston and then the Angels. I guess he's pretty confident for some reason.

I like the Rangers to win 3 out of 4 in this series. And the unbiased reason is because the pitching matchups favor Texas. Lester just pitched last night, so the Rangers will miss him. But they do face Lackey and Wakefield. Two absolute jokes who the Rangers hammer every time. Then all the Rangers need to do is split the Bedard/Beckett starts. I think we'll take the first two, lose the third, and win the finale.

PS: leaving work now to head to the ballpark!

Wakefield is pretty much a lock not to make it out of the 4th inning in this ballpark but I wouldn't call it an automatic W. The Red Sox offense will keep them in games and all of our pitchers have shown inconsistency at times this season

MultiFrancona starts Bedard vs C.J. Wilson.
    Ok-ay.
Well, i guess he was good up until Naps homer with two out in the 6th.

The Red Sox are pushing back Wakefield and starting Andrew Miller in the finale instead. Another guy we should be able to hammer. Lackey is going to get murdered tomorrow.

I'm very curious as to how the Rangers are going to handle the lineup when Beltre gets back...

Of course Kinsler, Andrus, Josh, Beltre, Young, and Cruz are absolute locks. But how do they handle the next three? Napoli, Moreland, Chavez, and Torrealba have all been valuable contributors and deserving of spots.

I assume it will depend on the pitcher. If its a righty, I'd start Moreland, Chavez and Napoli, with Napoli at catcher. If its a lefty, start Moreland, Napoli, and Torrealba, with Napoli at 1st and Moreland in the outfield. But then the question is, can Moreland handle outfield well enough for the playoffs?

It's not like Lackey was great. He was his typical self. But Colby and now Mark Lowe got hammered even worse. Terrible

    seriously

    Colby Lewis

its annoying because people get so frustrated with Holland being so inconsistent, but Colby has been every bit, if not more inconsistent than Holland. the difference is, Colby has no excuse to be sucking this much ass. at least Holland is still a young developing pitcher. Not to mention, Holland has way more upside than Colby.

Initially, I would have been happy if Colby gets his together come playoff time, but considering how the Angels are constantly nipping at the Rangers heels, he needs to get it together NOW, otherwise he could up the entire season. It's pretty pathetic to not only lose, but get your ass handed to you when facing a pitcher like Lackey.

    Epic fail Matt Harrison.

Lewis and Harrison haven't even given us a chance. It's tough to already be down 4-0 before you even come to the plate.
