So does it come with a helium tank or do you have to take it to Party Place to get it refilled every couple of days?
You have to supply the helium, but tanks aren't too expensive.
I want one to scare my cats.
Very cool but these things will get played with once or twice and that's it.
The novelty will wear off pretty damn quick. Not to mention, any toy that requires trips to a specialty store (to either refill the fish or refill your tank) isn't going to be played with very often.
Maybe so. One plus is I've got helium tanks/regulators at work.
They are cool, but like you say, I'd be paying somewhere between 15-20 dollars per use if I bought one of those.
