Update: ESPN3 will also be showing FIBA Eurobasket. You can catch Tony Parker playing for France there too.
If you want to watch Manu, Splitter, etc, the tournament will be available online on ESPN3, starting next Tuesday (Aug 30).

EPSN3 is online live streaming? Or does it have it's own channel on DTV? I don't have DTV, which is why I don't know, but a bunch of friends do, and we're always down to drink beer and watch Manu tear it up.
It's all online. Whether you can get it depends on your internet provider, so the best thing do is just try to sign up. Chances are you or one of your friends will have be able to, then you or they could access that account even if you are at a location with a different ISP.
It's also on Xbox Live, all you have to do is download the app, which is free.
Gold membership required for this.

No. ESPN3 is Xbox 360 exclusive.
But if you have a web browser and the right ISP you should be set.
