If by currently constructed you mean with Bonner and getting significant minutes and the Spurs being an up tempo team that relies on 3 point shooting and fast break points, no.
If by currently constructed you mean with the roster they have plus a few additions and a change in philosophy, yes. The last 3 years there've been plenty of flawed teams in the WCF and with the right luck the Spurs could also make it. There was no dominant team in the playoffs last year and the team that won it all had Jason Terry as its 2nd option. The new CBA is only gonna lead to more parity and less teams that are stacked.
Their biggest problem is . His at ude/presence is almost cancerous for them. Bonner is just an untalented guy Popovich has fallen in love with, is lazy, doesn't play hard, and doesn't know how to contribute in any way other than scoring. They either need him off the team or to significantly reduce his role.
They also need to use Splitter/another big man so Duncan can focus less on defense and give them more half court scoring (not like that's a secret). IMO a big reason why his offensive production is so down is because he has more responsibility than ever on defense and it wears him down.
