Brees is a damn good qb. I will admit that. He is the 4th best qb in the NFL without a doubt.
Saints are my NFC favorite team. Hope they do well this year.

how convenient you front running tool bag!
Funny how you get all upset over me calling Brees the 4th best qb in the nfl.![]()
lol son ain't nobody mad. you just sad ... if you're being serious that is
you must be young
Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, and Eli Manning are all better than Brees. I'd take Brees over Rodgers/Rivers though.
I'd take Eli over Peyton for the moment.
peyton manning
maybe next year buddy
Credibility nosedive.
Eli Manning is a game managing upper echelon QB....he's nowhere near elite.
Eli Manning threw, what, 25 interceptions last season? I thought "game managing" meant taking care of the football.
lol stat padding
lol brees
lol NO
lol BR
Brees should get paid whatever he wants. He makes Payton looks better than what he actually is. Payton's a good coach, but Brees has carried the team and coaching staff.
Sure...
It also means that he wont lose the game by trying to do too much. He feeds the RB's in the T.O.P. game, and keeps it relatively simple in the passing game.
Thats how i see Eli Manning as a QB anyway.
there is no reason to say that Rodgers isnt currently the best QB in the league
The best QB? He just cracks the top 4 with Peyton out now.
Upper echelon game manager? Eli manning ing sucksPERIOD
he settled for field goals instead of touchdowns
that was a difference in the game
So Brees/Rodgers get considered elite, yet Eli is better than both of them, but he isn't elite??? That makes no sense. The only elite qb's are Peyton and Brady. With Peyton out, that just leaves Brady. Eli has the talent to be as good as or better than Brady. The mindset is there after his comments of being in Tom's class plus he out performed Brady in the superbowl, which adds to it. I can't wait for everyone to see Eli post-Brady comment on Sunday. I am telling you, he has a great shot at the MVP if he stays focused. The only guy he was never going to be in the same sentence was his brother but that's moot now that his season is over.
After Eli leads NY to a series sweep over the Eagles on the way to a 6-0 division and overall 13-3 record, you will be singing a different tune.
Funny you say that yet called Rodgers the best qb in the NFL when he isn't even better than Eli.
