Not cool. There's a major fire now over near my house near Wetmore road.
Our window for some tropical relief is closing quickly and a 50/50 chance of La Nina returning this winter. We may be seriously ed.
I've seen predictions of no rain until mid 2012, at earliest.
A lot of TX farms and ranches are dying along with their production.
I seen a show once about airplanes planting clouds that help produce rainfall. I think it was experimental but showing positive signs of effectiveness(I think it was happening in the Oklahoma region). Texas needs to invest in this technology asap.
Texas has a number of "cloud seeding" projects. They have to have something to work with though, and we got nothing but a dome of high pressure.
