Much of TN and the South in general is pretty racist. Being completely honest though, black people down here are crazy as . I've lived in PA and there's just a differently mentality with black people up North.

I've also noticed that many hispanics in CA and Arizona act different than the ones in Texas and the ones here. Although there really aren't many hispanics here.
