ok sons so maybe Miles doesn't "own" ole Mack, but considering the fact that LSU consistently plays a tougher schedule than Texas year after year, Miles gets the nod. I mean ... LSU has played 12 more top 25 ranked opponents in the last six seasons than Texas has.... yes, 12. Imagine if Texas had to play two additional ranked opponents every year? history shows that they would maybe win half of them.

Teams in the SEC talk as if every team can make the championship game. It's safe to say one team from the SEC will make it most years, but come here soon that other team will be Texas.
Hopefully the broken system will eventually lead to a playoff.
But as things stand now, only 2 teams can make the le game. And they will never select 2 SEC teams.
