Oh, and A.I. wouldn't make my top 50.
Of course, no list will be ever be "perfect" when opinion is involved, but this is one of the more thoughtful and objective lists I've seen, and the first list I know of that had the balls to put Dirk over .463 and Barkley.
Changes I would make is exchange Russell with Kareem, Hakeem with Oscar, move Wilt down to 10 (most overrated player ever), which would move everyone up a spot. For the players below the top 10, I'd exchange Dirk and Pet , and KG and Cousy.

I'd put LBJ in the 30s for now, at least until he passes his prime.
here's a bit of objectivity for you...Duncan is 33 and 22 in points and rebounds respectively...what rates him so high...ohh wait is it les won?
If so then we need to go with the old tried and true:
Kobe 5
Tired Old bag 4
and just like that Kool dismantles the blogger who has really nice pictures on his blog...![]()
Nah it's because only Lakerfan thinks Kobe's les are comparable to Duncan when he wasn't the alpha for any of them but one while Merlin routinely put the Spurs on his back and took a fat on everyone. The rest of the world knows where Timmy is ranked, just not you stains.![]()
...unfortunately the records books do too... 33 & 22
![]()
all-time regular season ranks meaning something
At least they got David Robinson right. Dude has no place in the top 25 of all time.
it means just as much as winning as the "main" guy does...![]()
Extremely accurate list. I agree with Russel being #2 as well, don't care what anyone else says.
You didn't listen to your doctor too tbh when hr told you you were a in fatass and would die at 45 cause of heart attack
Lol 5'11 220lb
Team: Los Angeles Clippers
Dirk being 18 is laughable and your opinion that you would swap him to right outside the top 10 is just ridiculous.
Im assuming it has something to do with the fact that hes white. Dude has been second-tier for most of his career, most of his years he wasnt the best player at his own position or even a Top 5 player in the league. Hes Top 25 at best.
Preach!
Good list, but I think Kobe + KG are a little overrated.
I knew I would see SFL in here.
He's a franchise player, the only mediocre aspects of his game are defense and rebounding, but his other skills make him more than worthy for number 18, in my opinion.
I like Dirk, I always imagined a TD and Dirk frontcourt, and how dominating they would be.
hmm, did someone really just laugh about Oscar being in the top 10? Nothing funny at all about that one..
Like many lists, older players are overrated and current/recently active players are underrated.
Hill at 99, Paul at 86, Webber at 83, Mourning at 82, Allen at 81, McGrady at 75, Pierce at 73, Howard at 71, Wade at 29, Robinson at 27, James at 25, Garnett at 24, Malone at 19, Olajuwon at 12 and Duncan at 8, are all underrated, some significantly so.
So many are so scared of coming off as disrespecting older players that they overrate them, in order to sound knowledgeable. But the truth of the matter is, Cousy, for example, wasn't anywhere near the player Paul is, as advanced stats bear out. Pull the "championships" argument all you want, but look at the league Cousy won them in and the teammates he had. For every player I mentioned, I could find at least one similar example of a player from a different generation, at the same position, who isn't as good as them, yet is rated higher and in some cases much higher.
