Is it offensive to call a black person a Negro?

You think it's soooooooooooooooooooooo ing funny to post a bunch of racist links that clearly target Negros, but add (no racist) which again shows you're winking at the clear racism involved, and think it's no big deal.
BUT a year ago or so when a white radio guy in Dallas congratulated "dirty Mexicans" in San Antonio, everybody on SpursTalk got up in arms and sent pe ions to have him fired, made it sound like he committed a hate crime the likes of which we haven't seen since the Third Reich, and gave themselves a pat on the back when the story founds it's way to CNN.
The funny thing is what that guy said wasn't even racist at all. He congratulated all Mexicans in San Antonio who happened to be dirty. Are you telling me that at the time of his twitter post, every Mexican in San Antonio had just finished showering? That there were no Mexicans in the city who where unhygienic enough to be called "dirty"?
Think about it before you start making winking non-racist racist comments about the Negroid race.
