A&M's defense will turn in an inspired effort and hold Doege to a mere 400 yards passing.
A&M - 45
Tech - 35
Looks like A&M is favored by 9.Before the Texas A&M Aggies head east next season, they'll make one more trip out west to take on Texas Tech for the final time in foreseeable future.
The Aggies won't call it a rivalry, as they'll say their only rival wears burnt orange. However, the Red Raiders have never been shy about expressing their displeasure with the Aggies -- positioning a landmark statue on the Tech campus with the horse's rear in the direction of College Station, according to the legend.
Rivalry or not, this in-state series has delivered some heated battles through the years.

Seems like an easy line for Tech to cover.....

Haven't really watched A&M this year but I'm sure they have more ######beasts on offense than any of the other four teams we've played thus far combined.
That's what I'm most worried about, since our defense has already struggled vs less talented teams
I'm done prognosticating on this team. I wanna beat Tech, plain and simple -- actually moreso this year than others, since Blake's been such a rampant got on the College Sports board this season.
Tech will give up 250+ rushing yards. Not much doubt about it.
They just need to get some key stops and not. turn. the. ball. over.
If Doege brings his A game, I think Tech wins.
I'll go homer and call a 49-45 Tech victory.
I can only imagine what the next level of Aggy butthurt supreme will be if Tech pulls a win out of their asses here.....
is there a platinum level?
No doubt it'll be one for the ages.
Still...your widespread, burnt orange -gobbling was terribly disappointing. The day I couldn't tell your posts apart from Chump's was a dark one, indeed.

Hopefully it's tied at halftime, if we have a big lead then Tech will come back to win.
Well see what our guys are made of this week.
Sorry your reading comprehension is so poor.

A&M cruises in this game I think. After two loses like that in a row, either TAMU is seeing red and about to kill something, or the season is scratched and all hope is lost. Only 2 things can happen in my mind, and it'll determine the rest of the year for TAMU who I believe will finish 9-3.
And I'm sorry your gotry is easily mistakable for one of the biggest tools on the forum's.

pretty much. A&M should cruise, but we will see what they are made of...
I think A&M should take this one. It would be hard to believe they would lose focus again or allow it among themselves.
...and look for Sherman to be a bit more aggessive after the decisions to not go for those 4th downs and getting crucified by all the pundits over it.
A&M will be up by 20 at halftime and lose by 5
It will be tough, especially given the night game. An 11 am start or something and I could definitely see us rolling like in 09 but I see it being a close game considering our secondary woes and the night game atmosphere.
TAMU- 38
TT- 31
I saw today that there is a 60% chance of rain on Saturday in Lubbock. This would definitely benefit the Aggies, forcing Tech to run the ball. It's early though and that will probably change. Just something to watch for.
Your ing about the way I post is pretty goty, tbh.
they'll be up by 20 at the end of the 1st if previous games this season are indicators.
yeah supposedly we're gonna have potential severe weather on Saturday. Lately we've had a few isolated storms out here but nothing widespread
Doesn't Jones flood easily or hold a bunch of water when it rains? I thought I remember years back the field covered with water after some rain.
(i think this was 08)

Lubbock seems to flood every time it rains more than an inch
It's what happens when it's too flat for the water to collect anywhere![]()
no doubt about that. some of the worst drainage systems i've ever seen. Anyway, just saw this statement on weather.com concerning the Lubbock area
http://www.weather.com/weather/alert...=KLUB&etn=0000
basically says that strong storms will move in tomorrow night and will shift to heavy rain for most of the weekend. So it looks like it's gonna be a sure thing now. this will be interesting
