GotDAMN. That's great ing tv.
Not sure why CBF didn't like the T2 homage. I actually ing shrieked (all manly-like) when I saw that.

lolwut
I thoroughly enjoyed this episode, even though I didn't watch any previous ones.
yes. This show owns. Some of the best writing of any television series. I'd place it just a couple rungs below The Wire and Sopranos on best of all time.
Walt has become puppetmaster.
I so want to read all of this but I can't!
The cameras at los pollos have Walt killing those 2 guys. Walt is going down next year I'm afraid.
Only part I didn't like about this episode. I don't get why they had to make it so over the top.
3=2>4>1
That picture sums it up. Pretty crazy.
I got a kick out of saul goodman's secretary putting the screws on Walt... and he stood there and took it... I wanted him to go berserk on her.
dang, now the 6 month or more wait for season 5! It's the only show I regularly watch on TV right now. might have to try walking dead, or on wheels...
I just felt that two face gus part was way too over the top. Also wondering how the stone faced black guy working for gus did not notice a bomb on the wheelchair. still a great season. I almost felt like the show coulda ended like this. Going to be difficult to wrap this up in one more season
It just sounds like it's going to be Walt vs Jesse, or maybe them trying to hide their tracks from the DEA(probably both). Jesse was supposed to be killed off earlier, but Gilligan was impressed with Aaron Paul's acting and kept him around. I feel like he dies in season 5.
The whole aftermath with that shot of Gus was so cringe-worthy to me.
IIRC he didn't really search Tio, just the room. Also I doubt he was on the lookout for a bomb, but rather for recording devices in the room since he just talked to the DEA.
Didn't Walt rig the wheelchair after the black guy searched the room?
That wasn't really clear. He hid outside the window while the guy checked the room, but then appeared to leave really quickly after, running to his car hidden wherEVER the it was.
No he did it right after her got back from the DEA
Tio's glare right before he triggered the bomb was fantastic.
After seeing all the hype, I started watching last night on net flix. On the 3rd or 4th episode now..pretty good so far although there are some dull moments.
the scene where frank(?) is showing walt jr the effects of pot at the rundown motel
It was meant to function as a series finale in the event that they didn't get a fifth season from AMC. The negotiations were contentious and it wasn't clear that there was going to be another season.
Walt put the bomb after Tyrus checked... obviously.
And to those of you who think Gustavo's tie adjustment was over the top... c'mon, get your finger out of your ass and have a little fun with it. The show is maxed out on realism... I thought it was a great Tarantino-esque way for the villain of nearly three seasons to go out.
Walt poisoning Brock seemed like the only strategy to get Jesse back on his side quickly enough for Walt to save himself and his family. Gus had to go. He didn't kill Brock... so, is it really as bad as some of us are making it out to be? Jane seemed worse, but even then, she was a black hole. We have yet to see Walt do anything evil in my opinion. Everything that he's done has been in the best interest of others and himself. I won't say he's a good person, but I don't think we have seen Walt 'break bad' yet, to the extent for us to label him as the bad guy.
I hope they don't make Walt the pure bad guy. I don't think he is true to that charactor. Yes he is doing some crazy things but not everything was for a good reason. I hope the show ends on a good note about Walt.
Have you read any of the interviews with Vince Gilligan? The entire point of Breaking Bad is to transform Walt from the protagonist to the antagonist. That's why so many people were able to easily pick up on the foreshadowing that Walt poisoned Brock.
Yes I know the purpose. But they made Walt too nice to all of a sudden be too evil in the final season.
felt over the top i agree. i think they went all in on the terminator thing. remember what jesse said when gus pulled a "come at me bro" thing. i thought they would take inspiration from the wire and gus would ask the ladies, how my suit look?
oh yeah this ending leaked a while ago, as much as 1 month ago, but nobody bought it. a still similar to the one you posted was online but on the forum i found it in everyone dismissed it saying no way they would do that. well they did.

The whole premise of the show is to see the complete transformation from family man to drug lord monster. Stop now if you don't want to see that.
