    I actually agree with your assessment. The national following the Mavericks received was due to them beating the hated Lakers and Heat. I don't know if they still have the same following now. Especially with the lockout looming. I think Cuban maybe jumping the gun on this one. You have to have a somewhat large national following in order to maintain a network.
