I Will Begrudgingly Let Ron Harper Be The Final judge on The Kobe MJ Debate For Now

Since he played with them both......there's only one thing I disagree with him on at the moment and that's MJ's compe ion on the defensive side of the ball.... I've chronicled this time and time again. Harper doesn't consider any of the great defensive players of our time like Bruce Bowen, Tony Allen, Rueben Patterson, Tayshaun Prince, and I could go on and on and on. Clyde vs Boston's Big 3, Wade, or Lebron, I'd even take Dirk over Clyde...

I thought it was very close that is why SI chose duncan for POTD and the Sporting News Kobe. It was THAT close .. 2 seasons ago. 2 more top 5 seasons later along with a repeat give Kobe the edge. Still close, but now Kobe is slightly ahead. Kobe puts up a few more elite seasons the gap widens.
