Boutons find a quote from the yang to balance his yin.
I ignore both.
Congressional Republicans have acted shocked and offended at Democrats’ suggestions that they are intentionally sabotaging the economy to try to win back the White House in 2012.
In a rambling letter led “Call For A Strike of American Small Businesses Against The Movement for Global Socialism,” Brookstone urges businesses “not hire a single person” to protest “this new dictator”:
Resolved that: The current administration and Democrat majority in the Senate, in conjunction with Progressive socialists from all around the country, especially those from Hollywood and the left leaning news media (Indeed, most of the news media.) have worked in unison to advance an anti-business, an anti-free market, and an anti-capitalist (anti-individual rights and property ownership) agenda. [...]
I, an American small business owner, part of the class that produces the vast majority of real, wealth producing jobs in this country, hereby resolve that I will not hire a single person until this war against business and my country is stopped.
Brookstone cites Democrats’ support of the Occupy Wall Street movement as proof that Obama, media elites, and the like are “against business, private property ownership and capitalism.”

Good rebuttal. Noble win. good show.
Whose Brookstone?
I created 4 jobs out of thin air this week.
More right-wing strategy to screw up the economy to the max in time for 2012 election:
The Austerity Death-Trap
Ron Paul’s newly-unveiled economic plan – promising to cut $1 trillion from the federal budget in year one (presumably that means 2013) – is only slightly more ambitious than what we’re hearing from other Republican candidates. They’re all calling for major spending cuts starting as soon as possible.
What are they smoking?
Can we just put ideology aside for a moment and be clear about the facts? Consumer spending (70 percent of the economy) is flat or dropping because consumers are losing their jobs and wages, and don’t have the dough. And businesses aren’t hiring because they don’t have enough customers.
The only way out of this vicious cycle is for the government – the spender of last resort – to boost the economy. The regressives are all calling for the opposite.
But even without these hare-brained Republican plans, we’re heading in their direction anyway. Unless Republicans agree to a budget deal before the end of the year (don’t hold your breath), the temporary payroll tax cuts and extended unemployment benefits we have now will end.
The result will be the most stringent fiscal tightening of any large economy in the world.
Together with ongoing cuts at the state and local government level, the scale of this fiscal contraction would be almost unprecedented.

feigning shock and horror to be accused of deepening and widening the pain for the 99%, the Repugs and VRWC know exactly that's what they've intended all along.
Wonderful, just another case of "I'm OK, why are all y'all not OK?"
Just 15M more jobs to go, get to work.
I expected better of them. For shame... For shame...![]()
Can I have one? LOL
He only hires illegals.
DAMN! I can't get qualified for ANY jobs!
What a failed OP.
I followed the link, and it leads to one person saying she will not hire more help in protest of Obama.
One person, and I didn't see anywhere where she didn't advocate that others do the same.
One person hardly speaks for all, and isn't even asking other to do the same.
I will agree with most of your post, but......

In the context of the Repugs blocking all of Dems job creation schemes, while offering their own job destruction schemes, this spokesperson puts words to the Repug strategy which is blatantly clear:
priority is to defeat Barry HUSSEIN by any means,
deny him ANY successes,
lie that his successes have all failed,
while bogusly attacking the deficit with pro-cyclical cutting (rather than job stimulus/maintenance) which does and will cost 100Ks of jobs, further increasing/prolonging the stalled/cratering economy, then blame all the Repug destruction on Barry. MOTHER ING REPUG/TEA BAGGING BAS S, every last one of them.

Senate Republicans Block Targeted Jobs Relief For Teachers And First Responders
“Republicans Block Popular Piece of Obama Jobs Bill” are the kind of thing the White House communications shop is hoping for. That said, nothing would boost the president’s re-election hopes more than the actual enactment of bills that actually help the employment situation. Does this fit the bill? My guess is that it does. The measure at issue was a relatively modest bill that would appropriate some funds to preserve jobs for teachers and first responders. The total amount of money isn’t very big, but it is well-targeted. Here’s a look at overall private sector employment during the Obama years:

That was the le of her blog, but in the text, did not call for other businesses to do as she said she did. If I missed it in the body of her blog, please show me.
You think she wants everyone else to hire as many people as possible after issuing a call to not hire anyone at all.
You're stupid.
This is borderline re ation.
You going to tell us who this Brookstone person or should we just chalk it up to more of your VRWC nonsense.
BTW the PAC offices that comprise the reality of your 'VRWC' are in clearly delineated section of DC. They are not hard to find, identify or determine what their objectives are.
That the rags that you tout never bring them specifically up should tell you something.
"borderline"?
"the PAC offices that comprise the reality of your 'VRWC'"
The "reality" of the VRWC comprises much more than only your PAC offices. Does it suck tea bagger "teabags" to be so uninformed?
So lets flesh this out then. What else is the VRWC manifest as?
Boutons should move back to europe
there is a very popular "very long thread" somewhere on page 17 of this forum which will answer your question.
Is it worth the read?
