I'm aye ok with that...Fisher needs to tell them to call him next summer when they're ready to compromise in the players favor....I will just watch Laker Championship DVD re-runs anyway...I have no patience and tolerance for the corruption of the owners.
Small Markets need to sell their teams they shouldn't be in business anyway. Jerry Buss, Micky Arison, James Dolan, and Marc Cuban shouldn't have to subsidize inferior owners because of their markets and bad business decisions.

You realize the owners are already made-men, billionaires that do this as a side job? The players, especially the 350+ middle of the pack players depend on the NBA to eat, not everyone makes 20 million a season. Players will break before the owners do, no question.
I don't give a ...I'm ok with big market owners it's these small markets that want what they don't deserve. I wish it was only like 20 teams...I don't care to see the ing Bucks, Pacers, Raptors, Grizzles, Bobcats, etc etc...they are ty ass teams anyway..some of the owners may be billionares not all of them are I don't even think the majority are...I think only a few but even if the players ultimately lose I want them to take some of the smaller market teams out...and force them to lose more money since they're barking the loudest...
The bottom line is none of them ( players and owners) will starve for food. None of them...However, the owners have way more to lose since they have the most invested...it's business 101...the Star players could literally turn the league into the WNBA if they bolted...
Small markets have no business owning teams...plain and simple...Cleveland should have never had a team to begin with I don't care how much the owner had...if he can't run and maintain a business then bounce.

I find it funny you side with the players when its clear the owners have them by the balls. I honestly think we should form a NBAFA (NBA Fan Association) and enter the talks as well so I can get money back for wasting my time with these whiny ass overpaid players and their so called bosses/owners.

The players would lose their asses if they agree to a hard cap. It's not even worth considering. That's why I feel confident about this. The owner's hard line makes it easy for the players to step away. If they agree to that they're just as ed as if they remain locked out.
As it rests now they don't lose anything until they sign something.
owners will not lose money right off the back. wait how the will the owners lose money if they dont have to pay the horrible contracts? its because of the players contracts that the owners are losing money in the first place. NBA is just a side investment for most of the owners.
