It was too hyped and I guess it didn't meet expectations, with that said I still think it's better than the piece of that MW3 will be...
Anyone get it yet? I prob won't touch it considering the beta and my previous dislike towards BF. With cod and skyrim coming out next month, I should probably save my money too.

As far as I can tell, they fixed virtually all of the bugs from the beta. If you even have a passing interest in FPS games, this will blow your mind. It's that damn good.
the graphics arent anything special but boy is the game fun. i was a and the first chance i got i took the jet and kamikazeed the other teams base. i was concerned with the 30fps but the game runs well love the destruction although its beeen toned down in some maps ive seen. great value you get a decent single player fun coop and awesoem multiplayer. i love that you can basically jump on any server you want not the matchmaking of cod where you are at the mercy of their choice of map

This is the best looking FPS of all time on PC, by a wide margin.
So.. What exactly is the difference between this game and Bad Company 2? Both I own the xbox version and other than very small things I don't see a difference.. and all I was hearing from the majority of BF3 fans that were MW3 haters is that MW3 is the same game as the last.
I do like the game.. clearly meant to be played on PC.. but it's good not great. Id much rather have gears 3, uncharted 3, Batman, Skyrim, MW3, Halo anniversary... the only games that I would buy it over that came out recently or are coming out is Dark Souls, Dead Rising 2 OTR, and Rage.
It is good.. but I guess this just isn't my game. Not knocking it.. but seriously I don't see what is so great about getting spawned (unless you have a squad member that isn't getting shot at the moment) 4 miles away from what's going on.. either driving there or walking there.. getting out.. then getting shot because you didn't see that little small dot in the background that was a guy (and I'm working off a very high end 60 inch so it isn't my tv). Death match was fun.. though the spawns are ed up.
Being advertised as the "CoD killer" was really piss poor advertising though.
And for as realistic as they are claiming it is.. ing everyone in the game is a marathon runner.
It was designed for PC. Console FPS gamers are getting the short end of the stick for once. Don't play a cutting edge game on a 6 year old system and expect to get the best experience.
Aside from graphics you should.
An engine incorporates a of a lot more than graphics.
And a 6 year old system can still incorporate all of that with the exception of the improved graphics.
I got it on a deal for 48 bucks... only downside is it won't be here until tomorrow.

I'm not. I think I've gone out of my way in every post to note that I realize that it wasn't made for consoles. That doesn't change the fact that EA marketed it to console players as the "CoD killer". It was stupid marketing.
BTW.. no shock it is an EA game and the servers suck and takes you 10 mins to get something other than "can't connect to servers".

Game is awesome. What a complete 180 from the beta version. I didnt buy the bull during beta that "...this beta is 2 versions previous to current build".
Well, DICE is either extremely adept at quashing hundreds if not thousands of bugs in less than a month, or they were telling the truth.
The game runs at a flawless pace. There is so much detail, light and shadows, its almost difficult to identify targets at a distance. Its ing incredible.
Snipers are still too dominant, IMO, but thats the case for any FPS.

Manny. So true. XD Although we don't know, DR might have upgraded to a quantum computer by now.
Basically my experience with it on the PS3 has been the same as what most of the reviews say: Multiplayer = fun Coop = fun too Campaign = sub par.
I enjoyed the Bad Company campaign but this one is just not very fun. At least multiplayer seems awesome as and even though its not PC it still looks good.
Loving it. 32 vs 32 conquest games is sight to behold.
