I did cuss you out, but it's not because you "proved me wrong" it's because you're stupid and it annoys me. Go research about Al Qaeda in Libya and get back to me.

Not sure what that has to do with you saying the Average american doesn't know anything, but acting like you do...does that make you above the average American?? Like you know more about it?? You're a ing accountant..lol. You got pissed off because you said you're educating people, but then everyone in here except for DoK..who ran off a LONG time ago when he was finished..proved to you that you aren't educating anyone except letting everyone know that you have no basis on reality.

In this thread me, mono, dok, bump, mouse2moose, and many others share the same opinions on this so I'm not sure where you are getting your statistics..and yes I do consider myself to be above the average american in terms of intelligence. i do my research on this stuff, it's one of my hobbies. i actually pay attention to the whole story on things, not just mainstream media's spin (if they even cover it at all)

So to break your anger induced mantra, what do you think about dailymail and telegraph reporting about Al Qaeda presence in Libya?
I still really want to know the answer to this question tbh.

Well that's probably just because you're an idiot and don't know when you're getting trolled and when you're not. Not my problem.

If you want to get all personal, you should know that me and Dok are 2 of the most intelligent people on this board, both at the top of our class. We will both be able to buy you and your family many times over in the coming years. , I'm sure DoK already can, talk about a rich Jew.

What about it? I'm not very surprised. As US et all turn up the heat on Afghanistan, they're going to leak out into areas we aren't looking/fighting. Not to mention that the Middle East Muslim community aren't huge fans of us; there's probably some Libyans who are willing to take up their sowrds against us.

Not sure where you're going with this.

This made me laugh. E-peen intelligence on a forum board is irony at it's best. What school do you attend again? Come back at us when you got that DeVry degree laid down and your path set to greatness at that West communications finance dept. job.

They weren't taking their swords up at us, they were taking them up at Gaddafi and for some strange reason we helped them. You don't find that odd?

Odd in what way? In a "why would we help Al Qaeda" way? Or a "why would we overthrow Gaddafi" way? That's a bit of an open ended question.

lmao. 80,000 a year. lmfao. Good job. It's admirable that you chose the private sector. It's just humorous that low ambitions and goals.

No matter what accounting job you get, your company will pick a military vet over you 9 times out of ten for a management position.

    No they wont.

employers scoff at morons who served.
I don't agree that being a veteran necessarily gives an prospective employee the advantage, but there's a reason several headhunting firms are specifically contracted to find veterans by employers. If veterans are such morons, then surely companies wouldn't continue to pay fees in order to hire them, right?

People with leadership, managerial and technical skills aren't a high priority in today's job market I guess.

Being just the average idea that military teaches leadership better than any other place, there is also the tax credits.

Also any company who has federal contracts of any kind has to hire a certain amount of veterans who apply.

Thank You to those companies (JP Morgan Chase, AT&T, Verizon, Delta, Cisco Systems, etc.) who are actively seeking out the experience of military veterans. Many of our veterans have the right work ethic and ap ude for countless jobs, but they often struggle with how to communicate and translate it to the private sector. Seeking out talent and bridging the gap to find common ground on measureable skills is a positive step for these companies. I have no doubt it's going to pay off for them in the end.

Service members tend to be very adaptive, quick learners due to the nature of their jobs (constantly changing roles, leadership, locations). If the individual shows good work ethic, then the company should have a well-trained employee in shorter order than they would with "guy off the street."

By the way, I'm acknowledging up-front this is a generalization not true of all service members. However, given my years of experience serving alongside them, I think this is by-and-large the case.

Also their young age, generally, as well as their work experience at that age. Typical army non deployment work day is at the minimum 600 to 1800. I would agree with that generalization afblue. even the dumb ones, and like any slice of the culture there are always dumb ones, will make a better impression because they know how to carry themselves with professionalism-even if they are not professional.

    Is anyone really innocent though?

Personally, I get off on shooting the innocent bystanders first. I think it's hilarious.
