Toros have traded the second overall pick for a PG and they also have Squeaky Johnson back. I wonder if it means something for Cory Joseph. From the couple of games I've seen of Canada NT this summer, he isn't NBA ready at all and he should spent a lot of times in Austin next season.

That is a bit of a headscratcher, but you can get away with running a backcourt with two six-footers in the D-League. Dentmon does have a bit of upside, and Coach Jones got a chance to work with him during the Pan American games, where he was the best all around point guard for team USA.

I got a peek in the war room tonight. Serious business.

As a UNT student, it's pretty awesome to see Thompson made it to Austin.

Seen him play? Any input would be appreciated. If the Toros run a conventional lineup, looks like he's almost got a starting spot by default.

From what I know, I'd say Dentmon and Thomas have the most potential to be in the NBA, but each has to learn a new position. Dentmon is probably closer to becoming a point guard than Thomas is to being a small forward at this point. Thomas really needs to improve his perimeter game to have a chance.

And now, best D-League players bailing on hopes of NBA call-ups: Texas Legends Alando Tucker signs with Gran Canaria in Spain, source says.
Spurs screw Mavs on this one.

Leave it to the Chris Sheridan of the D-League to post irrelevant draft results for a JV-league.

    Thanks Chump!
