Good match. I invited ppl over at night so i had to tape the match and wait patiently all day. Puyol is still both omnipotent and omnipresent. At first I thought of it as an insult to Milan (playing most of the match in Abbiati's ing box), but then I remembered what type of player he is, and why he is still one of my fav defenders ever to play (played D my entire life). The penalty??? Unbelievable, those shirts really are to heavy, figuratively speaking.

Arsenal were pretty decent after the goal. It might have been their most complete performance in the CL so far this season. And boy, what a touch of genius by Song.
The goal by Boateng was very impressive as well.

The CL?? No way, although you never know (who would have thought Dallas would win the NBA last season, after all). But on most days, sides like Barca, Real, Man Utd. and Bayern (this season) are clearly better than Arsenal.
I still remember hoping Arsenal would at least make it past Udinese to the group stages. Granted, they have improved since then, but not that much.

Barca don't look that good this year, sure i'd say they're still the favourites but not as dominant as they were last season but maybe they'll turn it on in the next few months.

I just have a good feeling about Arsenal, Arsene seems to have got his head out his ass and stopped trying to force the youngsters into the squad. Depending on who they buy in January I think they will be dark horses.

No matter how that game finished I'd still be talking about the same three teams. And Barca may have not looked as good as in previous years but they still look better than any other in the World right now with the exception maybe of Madrid.
