didnt i say kobe had a great run the past 3 or 4 years? how many Great players won druing Jordans championship decade? only Hakeem and i put him ahead of Shaq. I also said kobe will most likely make the list by the time he retires. 2000 & 2001 AI was the better player. didnt take much longer for kobe to pass him & Orlando Tmac was a better all around player than Kobe at that time. again this is my opinion.

Frankly I was surprised that so many vacated. & I'll tell you true:::I've never been able to grieve with my fellows over that sweep. I tried, but was categorically rebuffed. So I grieved alone. I don't hold hard feelings over it. I was glad to carry the torch and fight the fight that night.

Whenever I get down about it I always harken back to that Game 7 night when Vuj hit those two fts, came to bench and animatedly spoke to Kobe. I always fantasize that he's telling him those were for him, for Kobe, to stave off the cold, to hold back the blackness of defeat, for the Lakers, yes, for himself, yes, but, especially for Bryant.
