Discuss what is sure to be a precipitous drop in the standings from last year.
As the Spurs were #1 in the West last season a drop is likely to happen. But when I look at the other Western conference teams - many of them are not ready for the season. Lakers have a new coach, Denver lost 3 players to China, other teams still have to make critical free agents resign with them. The Spurs have the chemistry and talent to come out strong early together with OKC and likely the Mavs.

Why have a "Maybe" option as that encompasses all answers tbh. Kind of dumb to use that as an answer unless this post is meant to troll.
To answer the question, of course they will make the playoffs but I very much doubt they will overachieve with the 1st seed again. I see them in the 3,4,or 5 slot when this season is over.
