UPDATE: ASSAILANT, 5 OTHERS FROM “FOAMPOSITE FIGHT” EXPELLED FROM DEAN COLLEGE
Nice Kicks has just learned from a representative at Dean College that the perpetrator from the“Foamposite Fight” that took place last Friday on campus has been expelled. In addition, five other individuals seen in the video have been expelled for cheering on the attack, taking part in the planning, and not helping the... victim. Another three students are currently going through Dean College’s internal review process.
The victim, who’s name has not been released, from the attack was treated by nurses on campus at Dean College before taking him to a nearby hospital. We were happy to hear that the victim of the attack is doing ok and is back on campus attending classes.
Currently the Franklin Police are investigating criminal charges against the attacker as well as others seen in the video.

of course he doesn't post where he found that but I had doubts from the beginning that they KNEW he had stolen the shoes

Wow the kid in the green took a major ass whooping for no reason, well at least he gets to continue his education while those other fools just threw $40,000 down the drain. (Yes, Dean College is that expensive)
The news report for this case stated police have confirmed the parents produced a receipt for the shoes.
Where is Dean College and why have I never heard of it?

well if they had been harassing the green guy about it before the video then he should've known it was coming and try his best to disprove it, but assuming he was shocked that he was getting confronted like that then his mind was probably going a mile a minute
also, the grey shirt guy wasn't exactly easy to understand. I can just see the green guy thinking "holy , I just gotta weather the storm. Just don't try to act tough or talk back and they'll leave me alone"
its niggga talk, he understood it fine. you can here him sayin "get outta my face dawg!" and pushin the dude in the grey away thats why he says "don't in touch me." The dude dismissing him like "you're not gonna get these shoes" and touching him is why he snapped and punched him in the first place. whenever someone is that tense and pissed off you should be ready for anything or else you'll get laid out like what we saw.
granted the dude in the grey was apparently mistaken, but in his mind this niggga stole his shoes and tried to act like nothin happened. mistakes happen, he's gonna pay for his tho. biggest mistake of all was uploading it tbh.

I know you are trying to be a racially insensitive prick but don't on hate poor black students getting a full scholarship to college by good work ethics through sports. You gotta have the grades to get those scholarships as well.
If by good work ethic you mean natural African athleticism they were born with, sure.
I wasn't hating really, just saying that it's not like those students paid money in tuition they won't get back.
